Terms & Conditions

  • Definitions:
  • Remote Access & Updates: Regularly scheduled access and updates to AV systems, done remotely without needing physical presence.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Remote Repair: Continuous monitoring of systems to identify and address issues before they cause significant problems.
  • Reactive Remote Repair: Immediate remote intervention upon client request to address and repair any issues with the AV system.
  • Monthly System Checkups: Regular monthly examinations of the AV system’s performance, done remotely, to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Email, Text, and Chat Support: Continuous support available through various communication channels to suit the client’s preferences.
  • Discounted Service Call Rates: Reduced rates for any necessary on-site visits, including priority scheduling.
  • Duration and Termination:
  • This Contract shall commence on the clients requested start date and shall continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Blue Sky Automation reserves the right to terminate the Contract immediately if the Client fails to make timely payments or breaches any other terms of the Contract.
  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment is due on the first day of each month.
  • Late payments will incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • Client Responsibilities:
  • The Client must provide Blue Sky Automation with necessary remote access to perform the services outlined in this Contract.
  • The Client must ensure that their systems are compatible with Blue Sky Automation remote access tools.
  • Limitation of Liability:
  • Blue Sky Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
  • Blue Sky Automation total liability under this Contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months.
  • Confidentiality:
  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the performance of this Contract and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
  • Governing Law:
  • This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Palm Beach County Florida.
